SIPCraft is operated by NT Connect ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use sipcraft.dev, the SIPCraft API and MCP server, and what we do with it.
To run, secure and bill the service, to meet telecom obligations (such as caller ID, emergency and anti-robocall rules), to answer you, and to tell you when your access is ready. We don't sell personal data and we don't use your call content to train models.
We share data only with providers that help us run SIPCraft (hosting, payments, identity verification, telecom carriers needed to complete your calls), when the law requires it, or with your consent.
Waitlist entries are kept until you're onboarded or ask us to remove them. Account, usage and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as tax and telecom rules require.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to remove you from the waitlist, through the contact form.
We'll post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be announced to account holders.
