Terms of Service — SIPCraft

These terms govern your use of SIPCraft, a service of NT Connect. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the API you agree to them.

Early access

SIPCraft is in early access. The sandbox simulates numbers and calls, features may change, and anything marked Planned does not exist yet. We provide the service "as is" during early access.

Your account

Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. Outbound calling requires identity verification and may be limited or suspended if we see abuse.

Acceptable use

No unlawful robocalls, spam, spoofed caller ID, harassment or fraud.
Follow the laws that apply to your calls, including consent and call-recording disclosure rules and the TCPA.
Your AI agent must not impersonate a real person or mislead callers about who they're talking to where the law requires disclosure.
SIPCraft is not a replacement for a regular phone service for emergency calls.

Billing

Usage is pay-as-you-go, drawn from prepaid credit. Prices are listed on the pricing section. Credit is non-transferable. Unless the law says otherwise, unused credit isn't refundable except where we end the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NT Connect isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using SIPCraft at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
